Mass actions for Assets

Sometimes you want to perform an action on multiple assets, and having that action on an individual asset can be a bit of tiresome work.
Experro allows you to select multiple assets and perform bulk operations like delete.

Delete File or Folder

Note: You need permission to delete files or folders, or you should have the “Workspace Admin” role. Learn more about the roles and permissions.


To delete multiple items, you can follow the steps:

  1. Go to your workspace.
  2. Click on the Media Manager icon given in the left sidebar.
  3. Hover and select the assets that you want to delete.
  4. Click on “Select All” to select all the assets in the folder.
  5. Click on the Delete button.
  6. Confirm the delete action, and the asset will be deleted permanently.

Warning: If you delete an asset, it will be permanently removed from the media manager, and this might result in data loss at places where this specific asset was used. Therefore you have to be careful while deleting an asset.
