Rearrange facets and facet values

Rearrange the order of the facets in which you want them to appear on the products page.

Reorder Facets

You can follow the below steps to arrange the order of facets:

1. Go to your workspace.
2. Click on Merchandising icon on the left sidebar.
3. Go to Facets.
4. Click on any category for which you want to change the order of facets.
5. The order in which the facets are listed on this screen is the same order they appear on the category page.
6. You will see a dotted pattern on each facet of the list. Click on it, then drag and drop the facet to a position where you want it to be displayed.
7. Repeat the above steps to arrange other facets.
   
   
   
   
8. Click on the Save button to apply these changes.

Reorder values of Facets

You can also reorder the values of a facet and sort them in any specific order like ascending, descending, or custom by following the below steps:

1. Go to your workspace.
2. Click on Merchandising icon on the left sidebar.
3. Go to Facets.
4. Choose the category for which you want to change the order of facet values.
5. Click on the facet name to reorder its values, and a configuration dialog would appear.
   
   
   
   
6. Enable the option “Define Sort Order” and the values of the facet will appear on the right section of the dialog where you can choose any of the sorting orders:
1. Ascending - The values will be sorted in alphabetical (A-Z) order.
2. Descending - The values will be sorted in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) order.
3. Highest Count First (No. of Products) - The value that has the maximum number of products will appear on top, and so on.
4. Custom - Choose this option when you want to manually rearrange the order of values by drag and drop, similar to reordering facets.
7. Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
